The LaserCraft Commitment

Safety. Quality. Productivity.

Our company is built on an ethos of service and quality – after all, our CEO Rodney Greene was the one and only employee when he took delivery of his first laser in 1996. Since then, we’ve grown by leaps and bounds, all by remaining true to the values that Rodney established when he was taking orders and finishing products on his own. We refer to these as our “Pillars of Success” and they form the bedrock for LaserCraft. We firmly believe that by teaching each employee to work, and hopefully live by these bedrock principles we ensure that Rodney’s legacy is evident in each product produced.

We also make our customers our priority and work closely with them to make sure they receive exactly what they need. Our friendly and knowledgeable customer service specialists assist you throughout the process, including routing and expediting quote requests, providing and maintaining price and delivery information, timely acknowledgement of customer orders and providing updates as changes occur. We believe that communication with our customers is key!

Our value and respect for our customers ensures we treat each job with the dedication it deserves. Additionally, our employees, who are members of the LaserCraft family, are valued and respected as members of our family. In this way we guarantee unparalleled quality in service and production from the top down.
