Summary of Position
This position supports customers by executing three primary priorities: Sales, Service, and
Industry Knowledge. The Inside Sales person is primarily responsible for developing one-on-one
relationships with customers. This is accomplished by providing excellent customer service. 
The Inside Sales person must have the ability to understand and articulate key part design and
company advantages.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Customer Service:
Develop and maintaining professional customer relationships by paying special
attention to the customer’s needs. 
Proactively seek knowledge on aspects of the industry that pertain to the
customer’s needs; understanding abilities of the company and having the
capability to utilize all competencies to effectively provide solutions to the
customer.
Execute tasks with precision and accuracy, making well-informed decisions, and
being meticulous in review of design and data entry to ensure quality parts are
delivered without delay.
Articulate the benefits and capabilities of the company. Demonstrate expert
knowledge in answering customer’s questions and resolve customers complaints
while working with manufacturing for positive outcomes.
Sales:
Build part operations with consistency.
Quote parts properly and strategically by using a wide array of resources.
Strategically drive customer value and company profitability.
Develop a deep understanding of the industry to continually gain knowledge that
can be used to solve customer needs.
Planning/Execution
Regularly monitor and report on sales metrics, providing insight and solutions for
continuous improvement.
Collaborate with multiple departments, providing detail to help align sales efforts
with overall business objectives.
Provide feedback from the customer to improve capabilities, services, and
customer experience.
Adhere to all safety protocols related to working in a manufacturing environment,
including proper use of personal protective equipment
Qualifications, Trainings, & Experience
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Sales, Engineering or related field preferred
High School Diploma or Equivalent required
5 years of experience in Sales and Customer Service Required
Previous experience in Metal Manufacturing preferred
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
Thorough knowledge of fabrication processes.
High Proficiency in reading and understanding technical drawings and blueprints.
Ability to work independently or as a team.
Strong sense of urgency required.
Excellent problem-solving skills.
Ability to rapidly acquire and master new skills, technologies and processes.

Technology:  High proficiency working with ERP systems and Microsoft Excel.

Physical/Mental Demands
Regularly sitting for extended periods performing desk-based work tasks
Regular prolonged periods of use of computer equipment and peripherals
Regularly required to stand and walk
Environmental Working Conditions
Work mainly performed in a climate-controlled office environment where workers
could encounter distractions.
Work at times performed in non-climate-controlled shop environment where
workers could encounter:  uneven flooring, dust, fumes, and high decibels of noise.

Henry Stewart

Henry has been with LaserCraft for 12 years. Henry joined the team as the Quality Manager and has since been Plant Manager and Operations Manager before taking his current position as VP of Manufacturing. Henry was instrumental in the creation and implementation of LaserCraft’s Quality System and managed the successful implementation of the company’s first ISO certification process. He has over 30 years of experience in the manufacturing industry in multiple capacities. Henry is currently responsible for the manufacturing and customer service departments at LaserCraft.

Angel Ledford

Angel has been with LaserCraft for 15 years. She joined the team as the Human Resources Manager and has since grown the department to include safety and environmental, as well as being instrumental in the creation of the LaserCraft training department, which has become an integral part of the company’s on boarding and continuing education activities. Angel has over 20 years of experience in the manufacturing, and food processing industries. In her current role as VP of Human Resources and Safety she manages the HR, safety, and training departments.

Jeff began his current role of Vice President of Manufacturing at LaserCraft in 2023.  Jeff has over 30 years of experience in the manufacturing industry and believes that root cause analysis and corrective action are key to quality systems management. In his current role, Jeff oversees all quality department activities as well as the engineering department.

Brian Bryant

Brian has been with LaserCraft for 20 years. He began his career with the company as a welder. Throughout the years Brian has managed several manufacturing departments including weld and press brake and was the second shift manager for 5 years. Brian has over 30 years of experience in fabrication and manufacturing.  In his current role as Plant Manager, Brian oversees the day-to-day manufacturing plant operations.
