LaserCraft understands that timely and detailed communications are a key component to creating a superior customer experience. We believe effective communication is one of the best tools we have for ensuring achievement of our mission; exceeding our customer’s expectations on every order.
At Lasercraft, our knowledgeable and friendly Account Executives are the liaisons who assist client’s throughout the course of each job. One of the Account Executive's duties is to provide timely and accurate status reports.
Each Account Executive is responsible for the following tasks:
Routing and expediting quote requests
Providing and maintaining price and delivery information
Receiving and acknowledging customer orders
Communicating and confirming customer changes to specifications and/or delivery dates
Providing customers with order status
Communicating scheduling changes which effect delivery dates
Confirming delivery dates with customers
LaserCraft’s Account Executives also serve to communicate customer needs in production meetings. This allows the production staff to focus our workforce and resources to best meet the needs of our clients.
